The pre-screen telephone interview
All people who contact us are pre-screened for work history, skill set, licence endorsements (for drivers) and attitude. All potential candidates are then encouraged to meet our consultants personally.

Reference Checking
For each candidate we obtain two references from previous employers, one of which will be from the previous six months.
Our policy for ALL candidates is simple: 'No references, No work'
The face-to-face interview
Our experienced consultants explore the following:
- Personal details
- Entitlement to work in the UK (proof is held on file)
- Work history – recent experience and previous employers
- Skill set
- Tachograph and Road Transport knowledge (for drivers)
- Preferred work patterns
- Attitude and personality
