Assessing Drivers

Once we have recruited the right drivers our professional trainers check their abilities. This assessment will confirm that they can perform a given driving task with, if appropriate, specific skills coaching from our team.

We will assess:

• Driving ability
• Road awareness
• Use of tachograph.

Continued Coaching

Providing the right people also involves ensuring that they continue to be the right people. That's why we invest time, money and energy in their continued development. Through regular individual contact with our drivers we ensure that we get the best from them and that they are motivated to perform to the highest level.

This continued coaching will include updates on the legal framework relating to the logistics industry and SAFED training. Where appropriate, we can amend our training package to dovetail with your own process.

Driver CPC accredited training centre

To ensure we consistently supply top quality, highly skilled drivers we have achieved accreditation as a Driver CPC training centre. Top Gear will be ensuring all of its drivers are able to gain their qualification in an efficient and financially viable way. This training can be extended to customers at a discounted rate.
