Our system allows us to track, monitor and log tachographs automatically, giving us the flexibility to supply drivers with either paper or digital tachographs.
Quality is in the detail
As paper tachographs are returned, the system logs them against each individual driver. We can also log disclaimers should the tachographs not be returned. If after 28 days, the tachograph has still not been returned, the system alerts us that it is overdue. If necessary we can also generate reports showing outstanding tachographs.
For digital tachographs
The system automatically differentiates the return policy from paper tachographs, taking away administration headaches and giving us more time to spend on customer service.
Infringements
These are controlled and logged for each driver. We can produce mail merge letters direct from system to the driver, detailing the offence and how to rectify the error.
