SMS gives us instant communication with our workers

Contacting multiple workers at short notice can be very time consuming, slowing agency response to your demands. Our system has a built-in SMS text facility that allows us to broadcast up to a hundred text alerts a minute to workers on our database. These prompt a swift response so we can deal with your needs immediately, even at short notice.

The same SMS facility also works in reverse, allowing workers to instantly enter their weekly availability in to the system, so that we always know in advance what resources we have to cover customer demand.
