- Hours used and cost
- Client Management feedback
- Provision of statistics / management data
- Starters ratios (vs. applicants, interviewees etc)
- Tachograph infringements and return rates
After each monthly review meeting we will agree an action plan and all parties will commit to achieving this by re-agreed deadlines. The Contract Manager will be responsible for ensuring Top Gear fulfils all of the points set out in the action plan.
