“Over the past 10 years I have worked for four different agencies, including a national agency. During my career I never felt that there was any potential for me to move within any business until I was offered a position at Top Gear. I found opportunities to progress were limited and I was never content with "just being a consultant". Whilst being with Top Gear I have been promoted twice in just under four years. I have been really fortunate whilst working here as I was able to build on my strengths which I believe have been recognised through my desk winning awards for "Best Division/Best Desk" three years out of four at our annual awards ceremony.

With the company growing at the pace it is, it is imperative that we have somebody to keep the business updated with changes in government legislation and making sure that we are working within legal requirements.
